Over three decades ago, AH of Monroe County, Inc., formerly known as AIDS Help, began its journey on a humble back porch among a group of concerned individuals. Their mission was simple: to confront the darkness of HIV and AIDS and ensure that no one faced the end alone.
What started as a compassionate response to the AIDS crisis quickly evolved into a broader commitment to helping individuals not just survive, but thrive.
Today, AH Monroe continues to be a beacon of hope, supporting individuals affected by HIV and AIDS while also taking on new challenges. Through our commitment to affordable housing, AH Monroe strives to create a future where everyone can enjoy the benefits of stable housing, ensuring a brighter and more inclusive community for all.
