Key West, FL (April 2, 2025) — AH Monroe is thrilled to announce the appointment of Leah Stockton as its new Director of Development and Engagement. With more than 15 years of local nonprofit experience, Leah brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the organization.
In her new role, Leah will lead AH Monroe’s philanthropic and community engagement efforts, building strategic partnerships and strengthening the community’s involvement to further the organization’s mission of improving health outcomes and expanding housing opportunities in the Florida Keys.

Her extensive experience makes her uniquely qualified to lead our development and engagement efforts,” said Scott Pridgen, Executive Director of AH Monroe. “Leah’s deep understanding of our community, combined with her passion for social change, will be critical as we work to address the pressing challenges in our community.”
During her eight-year tenure as Keys Area President for United Way of Collier and the Keys, Leah successfully led a $3.5 million investment in marine science conservation and coral reef restoration while also driving significant program growth and leading local crisis response initiatives. A 20-year resident of Key West, Leah has also held leadership roles with the Florida Keys Healthy Start Coalition and in the hospitality industry.
